I have a bachelor's degree in flute performance from Wichita State University (USA) and 20 years of experience teaching all ages and levels except high professional. My performing experience includes both large and small ensembles, solo recitals and competitions, church music, and opera/musical theater orchestras.

Lessons are a combination of hard work and fun! Using a variety of repertoire, lessons will include technical and musical work, listening, history, practice tools, and many other forms of integration. I enjoy tailoring each lesson to the individual student's needs and interests.

Beginning students will learn instrument care followed by fundamental skills such as posture, breath control, articulation, reading music, and playing by ear.

Intermediate and advanced students will learn increasingly advanced skills and repertoire through diverse musical styles.

* I primarily teach in English and in the American style--I am open to teaching Italians/Europeans on a trial basis since I am still learning Italian and re-learning Solfeggio :)
