Marine, professore di lingue a Milano

Hello, my name is Marine. I am French and American living in Milan since November 2021. I grew up in NYC, Paris, and London. I completed my undergraduate studies at UCL (University College London) in Arts and Sciences. I am now doing a Masters in Strategic Design at Politecnico di Milano.

I have taught English for two months in Indonesia to 18 different classes, with over 350 students between 11 and 14 years old. I focused on improving their oral and written skills through a mix of grammatical, short story reading, debates, presentations, and written exercises.

I also taught English to a 40-year-old professional woman in Chile for a year to help her improve her speaking skills. We studied a variety of topics, from climate change to cultural differences between Chile and Europe.

I like to get to know my students to understand the areas they need to improve. I help them practice their grammatical, reading, oral, and written skills. I usually focus on speaking as this is the area that usually requires the most attention, in my experience.
