Since 2006 I have been practicing yoga. My background includes Vinyasa flow and Hatha. Experience as a yoga student began in Mill Valley, California.

Please provide your own yoga mat. The process takes one full hour.

Nancy ha cane seduto per me per molti anni , avendo cura di mio golden retriever . ha anche preso cura dei miei vicini di casa gli animali domestici per oltre 15 anni e sempre altamente raccomandato e ricercato . sarebbe rimasta nella mia casa e prendersi cura di esso pure . totalmente affidabile . il mio cane Aspen era molto energico e Nancy ha avuto un effetto calmante che era incredibile . ha veramente preso tanta cura amorevole e penso Aspen piaceva meglio di me . lol . lei era in ottime hands..i non posso che consigliare vivamente Nancy .
