Personal statement

I have worked in customers’ services for more than 7 years, having close contact with people and organisations for speciality foods, events promotions and restaurants in the E.U. and London.
I enjoy speaking English, assisting people in getting their requirements and informing them of options.
I have also been able to assist and communicate with people in Italian and sometimes basic French.
This has helped me to provide a high level of service to people from many countries, especially tourist in London.
I love work in a motivated team giving my contributions and listening other ideas and suggestions.
I have worked with computers using Laptop, MS Office, MS word, Excel and Logic music program.
I am actually performing as solo-accordionist-singer and bands in England with , Meg Cavanaugh band.

I am able to handle money with numeracy skill as I worked in accounting for seven years at Grassetto Costruzioni S.P.A. where I was the only accountant in a staff of 10 employees (engineers, surveyors) and 150-180 workers.
